Implementation of JPS Safety Protocol
Notice to Parents:
The Jamestown Public School District has implemented security measures to ensure the safety of all district patrons.
- Parents are asked to call their child’s building prior to arriving to let them know you are coming when possible.
- An intercom button will be utilized to communicate with the school personnel and you will be asked to turn and face the camera and to state the purpose of the visit. You may be asked to show photo identification.
- Upon entering the building you will report directly to the office to receive your visitor badge and complete sign-in.
Remember that the safety of our students, parents and employees is very important to the Jamestown Public School District.
