Lincoln Elementary School Building

Lincoln Elementary

The facility needs at Lincoln Elementary are approximately $2.64 million of the $21.6 million dollars in facility needs targeted across the life of the Capital Projects Plan (CPP). Along with $370,000 in roofing, major projects that are outlined in the CPP are boiler replacement ($325,000), replacement of the HVAC system in the 1955 addition ($760,000), and classroom window replacements ($280,000).

On September 24, 2019, the Jamestown School District will be holding an election to request levy authority to increase the maximum building fund amount from 10 mills to 20 mills. If approved, the board would need to determine each year how many mills, between 0-20, would be necessary to address the district's facility needs.
