Registration

The Jamestown Public School’s district registration office was created to register all new and returning students. Registration Is open throughout the school year.  It is a place that parents can get the information they need to transition their student(s) into the school district.

School year 7:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday - Friday. 
Summer hours: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday - Thursday & 7:30 am – 1:30 pm Fridays.

K-12 Pre-Registration

In accordance with ND Century Code 15.1-06-01, children who will be five years of age by August 1 are eligible to register for the fall school term.

Jamestown Public Schools does not have a public preschool program.

 

  1. Click the New Student Registration link below for Infinite Campus.
  2. Click on Start New Registration
  3. Select Jamestown Public Schools 26-27
  4. Enter your:
    • First and last name
    • Birth Date
    • Email address
  5. Complete the security check and click Begin Registration.
  6. Write down the Confirmation Number if you need to complete the Registration later
  7. Complete each section of the application:
    • Student(s) Primary Household
    • Parent/Guardian
    • Emergency contacts
    • Non-Enrolled Children (if applicable)
    • Student
  8. Click Save/Continue after each section
  9. Upload any required documents. You may need:
    • Your child's birth certificate
    • Immunization records
    • Custody documents, if applicable
  10. Review all information carefully.
  11. Click Submit to finish the registration.

After submitting, the District Office will review your application and contact you for a follow up appointment.

Required Documents at the time of your appointment:

  • Immunization Records : Required by State Law
  • Proof of Age: A certified birth certificate is required for all students. (The legal name of the student as shown on the certified birth certificate will be entered in the student record. Changes to the original birth certificate must be supported by a court document.)

  • Custody Paper if applicable to your student(s). Parents/Guardians please bring proper identification with you to the registration appointment.

School records and original transcripts are required of secondary students and recommended for elementary students. Recent periods of non-school attendance must be accounted for. Jamestown School District MUST receive secondary school records prior to enrollment into classes.
