Network Technician will install, maintain and troubleshoot software, hardware, peripherals, Local Area Networks, Wide Area Networks, Voice Over IP network, wireless networking and data communications equipment. The position will also analyze and fix software, hardware and network-related problems reported by users.
The candidate must have 2-5 years' experience with maintaining and working with Windows desktop and laptop computers, as well as, familiarity of Windows 7/8/10 and 2008/2012/2016 servers, Server Virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V). Candidate should be very comfortable and patient with supporting end users' needs and questions. The position is responsible for performing a variety of network related tasks. Candidate should be able to work well with minimal supervision, multitask, and be responsible, flexible, professional and honest. Strong desktop hardware and software background is required.
