Supplies 2017-18
Mrs. Heather Tomlin-Rohr – Kindergarten Teacher
- School bag without wheels (wheeled bags won’t fit in our tiny lockers).
- 1 package of Crayola twistable crayons –prefer twistable crayons in the mini 24 count twistable pack (basic colors… no neon colors)
- A set of water color paints (basic set of 8)
- 10 Glue sticks
- A large box of Kleenex
- 3 containers of Lysol disinfecting wipes
- A paint shirt (a large, old t-shirt works best… one that can be slipped on over school clothes easily, perhaps an old t-shirt of yours!)
- 1 pair of non-scuffing tennis shoes that can be worn inside school and also worn for gym time (if your child can’t tie in-dependently, then please make sure these are VELCRO)
- A beach towel or small blanket for rest time that can be rolled up and kept at school in our small lockers. In the past some children have brought a small travel size pillow as well; this is fine and up to your child and you.
- $5.00 for class party money : (subject to change)
- A deck of playing cards labeled on the outside box with your child’s name (please just get basic playing cards with number and object for counting visual)
- A set of healthy snacks for the whole class to be brought on the first of every month
- A Full change of clothes to keep in your child’s locker. (Please put in a Ziploc bag and label)
- A composition notebook (these are smaller than nor-mal notebooks)
- A college rule spiral notebook.
- Set of 8 markers (please get the basic colors… red, black, orange, etc.)
- A set of headphones that fit your child to use in the class-room. No earbuds.
*All of our supplies in Kindergarten are Community Supplies with the exception of the school bag, towel, gym shoes, extra clothes, and paint shirt. Please do not label other items.
